Do I have to pay anything to make a claim?
We charge absolutely no upfront fees. Our service is free of charge for the non fault drivers. Successful injury claims have a 25% success fee deducted from the overall damages recovered but this is paid directly from the fault parties insurance.
How do I keep my "no claims bonus"?
Provided you're not at fault for the accident and your insurer does not pay out as a result of the claim, your "No Claims Bonus" shouldn't be affected.
