Accident Management - UK

We are a claims management firm based in Manchester, that helps people all over the UK after an accident. We help clients make a claim after an accident that wasn’t their fault, with no hidden costs and no excess to pay. We’ll liaise with the other person’s insurance company on your behalf, and provide regular updates at every stage. We have no allegiances or ties with insurance companies meaning we can act independently, whilst ensuring our clients receive the best outcome after an accident.

We help thousands of people around the UK get back on track after they’ve been in an accident that wasn’t their fault. We understand how stressful and expensive car accidents can be. We sort out the whole claim from start to finish, providing same-day, like-for-like replacement vehicles, manufactured-approved garages for vehicle repairs, and roadside recovery within two hours. After the stress of an accident, you can now sit back and relax.

About Claimsline

We are an industry-leading business who have been helping people around the UK claim after a car accident since 2015. Our main goal is to get our clients back on the road after an accident as soon as possible while managing the whole claims process. We pride ourselves on having expert and experienced claims handlers who provide excellent customer service to all our clients. They are always available to assist clients in starting their claim and answering any questions that they may have.

If you’re unable to drive your car after the accident, we will make sure you get home safe by arranging roadside recovery through our nationwide recovery fleet, within two hours.
If your car needs to be repaired, we will send it to a good garage and not return it until it's as good as it was before the accident. Don’t worry about not having a car because we will provide you with a like-for-like courtesy car on the same day after the accident. We have over 10,000 vehicles across our fleet so we will be able to find one that suits you.

Personal injury solicitors after a non-fault accident

We are regulated and authorised by the Finance Conduct Authority (FCA). We have access to some of the most respected and experienced solicitors in the industry. These solicitors are authorised and regulated by the SRA and are carefully selected for each individual client. We will choose a solicitor on our panel that is best suited to your individual claim. They are expected to adhere to the highest level of service for personal injury claims.

Please note, you will receive a fee to be introduced to one of the solicitors. You do not need to use a claims management company to make a Personal Injury claim. You can do this yourself for free using the Claims Injury Portal if your claim falls under its remit.

Replacement Vehicles

If you need a replacement vehicle after an accident, we’ve got you covered. We will carefully select a like-for-like vehicle that's right for you and send it to you on either the same day or the next day. It won't be difficult to find you a vehicle but if we can't find one similar, we will send you a better one. We recover the cost of the courtesy car from the at-fault drivers insurance, so you don’t pay anything.

Whether you drive a Punto, a Porsche, a van or anything in between, we’ll make sure you get a suitable replacement vehicle. If your vehicle is deemed beyond reasonable repair (written off), you can also continue using your courtesy car for an extra 7 days, so you have time to arrange a new vehicle. We will also negotiate with the other driver’s insurance company to make sure you’re paid a fair amount for having to replace the car.

Do I need to pay for fuel in my courtesy car?

Yes. Our replacement vehicles are usually supplied full of fuel and we simply ask that you refill the vehicle with the correct type of fuel before you return it.

Can I get a replacement vehicle if the at-fault driver doesn’t have insurance?

No, we can only provide replacement vehicles if the at-fault driver has insurance.

Manufacturer-approved body shops for vehicle repairs

Was your car damaged during the accident? We have access to a trusted network of manufacturer-approved garages throughout the UK. The body shop will evaluate the damage and repair the vehicle. We will return the vehicle when it is as good as it was before the accident. You can keep your replacement vehicle until we have returned your vehicle.

Vehicle Storage

While your vehicle is being repaired, we make sure it is kept safe and secure. This gives you peace of mind when your car is being taken care of.

Dedicated account managers

At Claimsline, we hate bad customer service, that’s why we go with the more personal approach, a direct line straight to the person you’ll be dealing with from the start to finish. Our team are experts in dealing with accidents, guiding you through the process and thinking on their feet to provide you with the best possible service and outcome.

No excess to pay

Your excess is the amount you'll need to pay up-front if you claim your insurance policy whether you’re at fault or not. When using Claimsline, you won’t have to pay an excess charge because we claim everything back from the third-party insurers on your behalf.

Even if you’re the at-fault party, we can still cover your insurance excess up to £500 if we're providing accident management services to both parties. Upon contacting us you’ll need to provide us with the contact details for the none fault party so we can get their version of events.

What do our customers say?

“Great service. Katherine was really helpful and lovely to speak to. Gemma was also really lovely so you have a good team at claimsline!”

FAQ’s

Do you need a claims management firm?

While we see it as the better option, you do not need a claims management firm.

Why use a claims management company instead of insurance?

People use claims management services to keep their no-claims bonus, avoid paying excess, a like-for-like replacement vehicle, approved repairs, no long hold times and expert claims handlers. It is an excellent service for victims who are not responsible for any additional costs. They manage the claim from beginning to end so you can sit back and let them do all the work.

Can you help me with uninsured losses and uninsured loss recovery?

Unfortunately in these circumstances, we can't. This is because we claim from the at-fault driver's insurance. If they do not have insurance, we are unable to claim back the money you’re owed.

How much does it cost to hire an accident management firm?

It is completely free to make a claim with Claimsline if you were in an accident that wasn’t your fault.

How do you define credit-hire?

Credit hire is when a temporary replacement vehicle is provided in the event of a non-fault road car accident, and the credit hire company pays for the car hire while your vehicle is being fixed. They claim any hire charges back from the at-fault driver's insurance company.
