Accident Management - Nottingham

Did you know that Nottingham is one of the ten most accident-prone cities? It was found that 1,445 fatal and serious accidents occurred in the county of Nottinghamshire between 2017 and 2019. When you get into an accident and make a claim using your insurance company, you have to pay excess (even if the accident wasn’t your fault). With the rising cost of living, the last thing you need is to lose money for an accident that you didn’t cause. That's where we come in!

At Claimsline, we offer free claims management services to all our clients who have been in a crash that wasn’t their fault. There are no hidden costs and there is no excess to pay when you choose to make a claim. We’ll liaise with the other person’s insurance company on your behalf, and provide regular updates at every stage. After the stress of an accident, you can now sit back and relax.

We sort out the whole claim from start to finish, providing same-day, like-for-like replacement vehicles, manufactured-approved garages for vehicle repairs, and roadside recovery within two hours.

About Claimsline

We’ve been helping people claim compensation since 2015. Getting clients back on the road is what we specialise in. We provide our clients hassle-free and cost-effective claims services for vehicle owners who have been involved in a road traffic accident.

We wanted to create a hassle-free client journey that makes it simple for drivers to get back on the road quickly. Our clients have needed our services in all parts of the UK. Our expert claims handlers are available 24/7 to assist and provide excellent customer service to all our clients (just look at our TrustPilot reviews if you don’t believe us).

We liaise with the at-fault driver's insurance company and provide updates at every stage, so you won't have to worry. We act completely independently because we have no allegiances or ties with any insurance companies. Which means we can ensure our clients receive the best outcome after an accident, free of charge.

How do we work?

1. Contact Claimsline

Contact us and speak to one of our friendly advisors. They will be able to tell you if you can make a claim and they will explain the whole process.

2. Roadside recovery within two hours

If you can’t get home from the accident because your car needs fixing, we will arrange for roadside recovery within two hours. We want to make sure you get home safe and can get on with your day.

3. Like-for-like courtesy car

If your car needs repairing, we will arrange for you to get a free, like-for-like (or better) courtesy car on the same day.

4. Manufactured-approved body shops

We will arrange for your vehicle to go to a manufactured-approved body shop to be fixed. We will make sure that your vehicle is not returned until it is good as it was pre-accident. If it is “written off” (beyond repair), you can continue using your Claimsline courtesy car for another week. This gives you enough time to arrange for a new vehicle.

5. Recoverable losses

Recoverable losses are possessions that were damaged or lost due to the accident. Did any of your possessions (car seats etc.) get damaged during the accident? If so, we will help you identify any recoverable losses and help you claim.

6. Injury and loss of earnings claims

If you suffered any injuries or needed to take time off work because of the accident, we will help you make a claim.

Why choose Claimsline over your insurer?

  • Your no-claims bonus should not be affected
  • No insurance excess or hidden costs
  • 24/7 roadside recovery assistance within two hours
  • Like-for-like (or better) replacement vehicles on the same day
  • Rated excellent on TrustPilot
  • Dedicated Account Managers
  • Vehicle write-off assistance

Manufacturer-approved body shops for vehicle repairs

Does your car need repairing after the accident? We’ve got you covered. We have access to a trusted network of manufactured-approved body shops around Nottingham and the UK. The garage will evaluate the damage and repair the vehicle (if they can). We will ensure that you don’t get your vehicle back until it is as good as it was before the accident took place. If your car is “written off” (deemed beyond repair), we will negotiate with the other driver’s insurance company to make sure you’re paid a fair amount.

Vehicle Storage

We will keep your vehicle stored in a safe and secure place while it is being repaired, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Personal injury solicitors after a non-fault accident

If you suffered any injuries during the accident, we will help you make a claim. We are an industry-leading business that is regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We have access to some of the most respected and experienced solicitors in the industry. These solicitors are authorised and regulated by the SRA and are carefully selected for each individual client. They are expected to adhere to the highest level of service for personal injury claims. They will ensure you get a fair payment for any injuries you had because of the accident.

Please note, you will receive a fee to be introduced to one of the solicitors. You do not need to use a claims management company to make a Personal Injury claim. You can do this yourself for free using the Claims Injury Portal if your claim falls under its remit.

Replacement Vehicles

While your vehicle is being repaired, you get access to one of our replacement vehicles. We provide same-day, like-for-like replacement vehicles for our clients who have been in an accident that wasn’t their fault. We recover all the costs from the at-fault driver's insurance company. Whether you drive a Punto, a Porsche, a van, or anything in between, we’ll make sure you get a suitable replacement vehicle.

If your vehicle is deemed beyond reasonable repair (written off), you can continue using your courtesy car for an extra week. We will also negotiate with the other driver’s insurance company to make sure you’re paid a fair amount for having to replace the car.

No excess to pay

Your excess is the amount you'll need to pay up-front if you claim your insurance policy whether you’re at fault or not. When using Claimsline, you won’t have to pay an excess charge because we claim everything back from the third-party insurers on your behalf.

Even if you’re the at-fault party, we can still cover your insurance excess up to £500 if we're providing accident management services to both parties. Upon contacting us you’ll need to provide us with the contact details for the none fault party so we can get their version of events.

Dedicated account managers

At Claimsline, we hate bad customer service, that’s why we go with the more personal approach, a direct line straight to the person you’ll be dealing with from the start to finish. Our team are experts in dealing with accidents, guiding you through the process and thinking on their feet to provide you with the best possible service and outcome.

What about if the at-fault driver has no insurance?

We can only provide replacement vehicles if the at-fault driver has insurance.

When do I give the car back?

Replacement vehicles are provided for the duration of the repair period. If your vehicle is written off after the accident you can use the replacement vehicle for seven days after receiving cleared payment, allowing you time to purchase a new vehicle.

Do I need to pay for my own fuel?

Our replacement vehicles are usually supplied full of fuel and we only ask that you refill the vehicle with the correct type of fuel before you return it.

What do our customers say?

“Excellent service and extremely helpful staff who helped to make a stressful situation manageable. I highly recommend it.”

How do you define credit-hire?

Credit hire is when a temporary replacement vehicle is provided in the event of a non-fault road car accident, and the credit hire company pays for the car hire while your vehicle is being fixed. They claim any hire charges back from the at-fault driver's insurance company.

Why use a claims management firm?

People use claims management services to avoid paying excess, a like-for-like replacement vehicle, approved repairs, no long hold times, and expert claims handlers. It is an excellent service for victims who are not responsible for any additional costs.

How much does it cost to make a claim with Claimsline?

It is completely free!

Do you need to use a claims management company?

You do not need to use a claims management firm, but we think it is the better option. They make the claims process easier and you don’t have to pay excess.

Can you help me with uninsured losses and uninsured loss recovery?

In these circumstances, we will not be able to help. This is because we claim from the at-fault driver's insurance. If they do not have insurance, we cannot claim back the money you’re owed.
