2. Get roadside recovery within two hours

If you’re stuck after the accident, don’t worry. Just let us know on the phone and we will arrange for roadside recovery within two hours. We also offer cheap breakdown cover in case you ever breakdown and need to get home.

3. Free replacement vehicle

If your car needs to be repaired we ensure that you get a suitable, same-day, like-for-like replacement vehicle. We want to ensure our clients can get back on the road as soon as possible following an accident.

4. Vehicle repairs

We arrange for your vehicle to be repaired at a manufactured-approved body shop so you don’t have to. All the work done on your vehicle will be done at the highest standard. The vehicle is only returned to you when it is in the same condition it was before the accident. If the vehicle is beyond repair (cannot be fixed), we will allow you to use your replacement vehicle for an extra week so you’ve got enough time to sort out another vehicle.

5. Claim recoverable losses

Recoverable losses are your possessions that were damaged during the accident, such as car seats. We will help you identify any recoverable losses and help you claim back the money to replace them.

Access to personal injury solicitors after a non-fault car accident

Replacement Vehicles

We can provide you with a like-for-like (or better) vehicle on the same day that the accident took place. Whether you drive a Porsche, a Punto, a van, or anything in between, we will make sure you get a replacement vehicle that's right for you. Replacement vehicles are completely free because the insurers of the driver at fault are responsible for all costs.

How long can I keep the car for?

Replacement vehicles are provided for the duration of the repair period. If your vehicle has been written off (beyond repair), you can continue using your Claimsline courtesy car for another 7 days, so you have time to arrange a new vehicle.

What if the driver at fault isn’t insured?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you if this is the case.

Do I have to pay for my own fuel?

Vehicles are usually supplied full of fuel and you should refill the vehicle with the correct type of fuel on return.

Vehicle Repairs

How do I keep my "no claims bonus"?

Provided you're not at fault for the accident and your insurer does not pay out as a result of the claim, your "No Claims Bonus" shouldn't be affected.
