Straight after the accident (before you talk to your insurance company) contact us and speak to one of our experienced claim advisors. You will be put through to a UK contact centre where they will walk you through the claims process, answer any questions and give you all the information you need.

2. Roadside recovery

If you are unable to travel home in your car, we will make sure you get roadside recovery within 2 hours.

3. Same-day free courtesy car

If your vehicle needs to be repaired or is written off, we can provide you with a replacement vehicle. The replacement vehicles we offer are like-for-like (or better) so whether your drive a Porche or a Ford or anything in between, we’ve got you covered. We also provide vans if that is what you need.

4. Manufactured-approved body shop

We don’t want you to worry about finding the right garage, so we arrange for your car to be taken to a manufactured-approved body shop. We will charge any repair costs to the at-fault driver's insurance so you don’t pay a penny. If the vehicle is beyond repair, we will allow you to use your replacement vehicle for an extra 7 days.

5. Recoverable losses

Did any of your recoverable losses get damaged during the accident? Recoverable losses are your possessions, such as car seats, electronic devices, etc. If they were, we will help you claim the money back so you’re able to replace them.

6. Injury and loss of earnings claim

No excess to pay

Your excess is the amount you'll need to pay up-front if you claim your insurance policy whether you’re at fault or not. When using Claimsline, you won’t have to pay an excess charge because we claim everything back from the third-party insurers on your behalf.

Even if you’re the at-fault party, we can still cover your insurance excess up to £500 if we're providing accident management services to both parties. Upon contacting us you’ll need to provide us with the contact details for the none fault party so we can get their version of events.

Replacement Vehicles

While your vehicle is safely being repaired, we will ensure that you are sent a courtesy car as soon as possible (same day or next day). The vehicles we provide are like-for-like or better. We will also take specific requirements into account. Whether you drive a Porshe, a Punto, a van, or anything in between, we will make sure you get back on the road as soon as possible. The cost for the courtesy car will be charged back to the at-fault driver’s insurance company so you don’t have to cover the cost.

What if the driver at fault isn’t insured?

If the at-fault driver has no insurance, we cannot offer you a free courtesy car.

How long can I keep the car?

Replacement vehicles are provided for the duration of the repair period. If your vehicle has been written off (beyond repair), you can continue using your Claimsline courtesy car for another 7 days, so you have time to arrange a new vehicle.
